Return Policy

Sale Items:

• All discounted items are sold as it is. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.

Regular Priced Items (Online Credit):

• Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for credit processing.
• Returned items must include all original tags, stickers and unused. Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to you.

Return Process:

• Returns typically take 2-5 business days to reach our warehouse, plus an additional 1-2 business days for processing.

Exceptions:

• Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

Return Shipping:

• You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
